Dragoncote is a high-quality Minecraft server designed to provide an engaging and enjoyable experience for all players. To maintain a welcoming and fair environment, we have established a set of rules that all players must follow. By joining Dragoncote or participating in its forums, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

Expectations of Behavior
We expect all members of our community to act with respect and fairness. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior is not tolerated anywhere on Dragoncote, including in-game, on our forums, and within our Discord server.
These rules apply to all player interactions, including chat messages, profile content, forum threads and replies, linked content (such as images and videos), and usernames.
Reporting Rule Breakers
If you come across a player violating our rules, we encourage you to report them to help us keep the community safe. You can submit a report through our Ban Appeal & Reports section.
Reporting Website Bugs
To improve your browsing and gaming experience, we appreciate reports of any website bugs. Please provide as much detail as possible in our Bug Report section.
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are not allowed on Dragoncote, regardless of intent:
Offensive or Inappropriate Content
- Disrespectful, threatening, or discriminatory language
- Encouraging flame wars or spreading harmful content
- Sharing IP loggers, viruses, or other malicious links
- Posting flashing images or loud noises that could harm others
Necroposting
- Reviving outdated or irrelevant threads without meaningful contributions (over 30 days old)
Spamming
- Repeatedly posting similar content, bumping threads excessively, or posting in the wrong sections
Discussing Punishments Publicly
- If you believe a punishment was unfair, please appeal through our Ban Appeal section rather than discussing it on public forums
Low-Quality or Copy-Paste Content
- Plagiarized posts, trolling, rage posts, and meaningless discussions
Public Shaming
- Calling out non-public figures for negative actions in forum posts or discussions
Unapproved Giveaways, Trades, or Contests
- Any exchange of in-game or store items for real-world money
- Unauthorized giveaways and commissions outside of in-game services
Reaction & Reputation Abuse
- Spamming reactions, using reactions to harass others, or artificially inflating engagement
Misleading or False Information
- Spreading misinformation, impersonating staff or public figures, or faking official announcements
Leaving/Quitting Threads
- Publicly announcing your departure from Dragoncote, as this often leads to unnecessary drama
Political & Religious Discussions
- Due to their divisive nature, political and religious debates are not permitted, though personal beliefs can be shared in profile content
Abusive Accounts
- Using alternate accounts to evade punishments, harass players, or manipulate forum interactions
Advertising & Social Media Guidelines
Dragoncote allows limited promotion of social media and external content under the following guidelines:
Where You Can Share Social Media
- Relevant videos may be posted in discussions if they contribute to the topic
- Your own social links may be displayed on your profile or introduction posts
- Guild-related content can be shared on Guild Threads
Discord Server Advertising
- Discord server promotions must be posted in the appropriate forum sections, such as guild discussions
Consequences of Rule Violations
Breaking the rules may result in penalties, which include but are not limited to:
- Warning points leading to temporary or permanent forum bans
- Removal of reactions or forum privileges
- Account suspension for severe violations
- In-game bans for excessive rule-breaking across multiple accounts
If you believe you have been falsely punished, you may submit an appeal through our Ban Appeal section. Please note that warning points that do not result in a ban cannot be appealed.
